In the system of well-paid teachers, mutual competition will increase, and the number of qualified applicants wishing to enter the school will increase.

Systems that pay teachers very little are forced to hire low-skilled workers.

The more low-skilled specialists are hired, the more specialists and departmental staff will have to be hired to supervise and adapt these people to schools.

In advanced systems, teachers receive relatively high salaries. Therefore, it is less necessary for specialists and management personnel to establish control in such systems.
