It is known that from April 15, qualification (test) tests for the certification of pedagogic personnel will begin across our republic. For some reason, many people are afraid of this process. Sometimes, some "audience monitors" do not treat the teachers who come for the test well.
As soon as the teachers enter the test room, you will witness them being treated like criminals. They are forced to hear rude words such as "sit down quickly", "don't talk", "don't look around", "can't you find your place", "if you look at your partner one more time, we will kick you out", "what kind of person you are". In fact, the teacher himself is also to blame for this. The reason is that they do not know their rights and obligations. It seems that if something is said too much, they will panic as if they will get a low result on the test. But these worries are completely unnecessary.
So don't be afraid! You are a pedagogue, you are an intelligentsia, you are the future of this field. Don't let them treat you like a juvenile delinquent. Don't give your secret to anyone. You might score a little lower on the test, but that doesn't mean it's over. If your result is bad, then you just need to work on yourself more. But no matter what, don't let them disrespect you.
If you don't know enough, bravely admit it. But never bend your waist! Don't let them disrespect the teacher and say that he is also a teacher. Prepare hard for the certification. Walk into the exam room with your chin up so that they are forced to speak to you carefully and politely. Show who you are with your impressive response to someone who touches your ego, speaks rudely, or disrespects you. If you don't want to be disrespected during the certification testing process, never violate the requirements of the audience being tested.
Do not forget that the teaching staff can be excluded from the qualification tests only in the following cases:
brings any literature, spreadsheets or telecommunications and technical equipment into the auditorium where the test is being conducted;
- communicates with other participants during the test;
- tries to copy questions and take test materials out of the audience;
- gives test materials to other applicants, interferes with the test process;
- if it is determined that another applicant entered the test process instead of another applicant;
- if he refuses to hand over the test materials after the end of the time allotted for the tests;
- if it is found that the applicant did not follow the procedures and rules through video surveillance during the tests.
As long as you do not violate the above rules, he will not give you excessive instructions. Know that no one has the right to disrespect the teacher, make them nervous before the test. So be calm. You can do it all. Good luck to you all!
