It is known that on February 22, 2021, the requirements for class leaders were changed by Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Public Education.
According to this order, teachers of physical education, technology, foreign language, informatics and information technologies, who require teaching students in groups, were prohibited from assigning class leadership.
Now these requirements are invalid. Regulation of the activities of class leaders is carried out by the order of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 190 of June 27, 2023.
According to him, pedagogues who have at least 3 years of pedagogical work experience, who work as the main workers in the school, and who have management skills can work as class leaders.
In primary grades, class leadership is entrusted to teachers assigned to the primary grade.
In schools, teachers working on a part-time (including part-time) basis are not allowed to lead the class.
One teacher is assigned to lead only one class. Deputy principals and psychologists cannot be class leaders.
